Site Supervisor Apprentice II

The Site Supervisor Apprentice II is responsible for the construction and volunteer activities on any numbers of job sites. This may include all work from start to finish on one property, specialized phases of the construction process, or rehab and renovation work as needed.

Outreach & Program Service Coordinator

This position will work in tandem with the organizational staff to reach goals around Habitat for Humanity to support program growth within Habitat’s Home Repair Program. At the direction of the Director of Community Relations, this position will work to educate and recruit potential new home repair candidates, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the Home Repair Program. This will be accomplished by community outreach, marketing and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the position will coordinate Home Repair program services functions, ensure program participants are meeting program expectations. This position requires flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed for events and meetings.

ReStore Cashier

The cashier is the focal point of all transactions with our customers. Treat all customers with a smile! Essential duties include: welcoming customers, processing customers with purchases at the cash register, reminding customers of specials and assisting ReStore staff with general store cleanliness.

ReStore Electronics Department Volunteer

Volunteers in the electronics department help by identifying issues with electrical/mechanical systems in donated items prior to placing them on the sales floor. Basic electrical knowledge is required to help in this department. Essential duties include: testing incoming electronics to ensure proper operation including, but not limited to, ceiling fans, refrigerators, clothes washers and dryers, dishwashers, and ranges, if knowledgeable, troubleshooting/repairing products or identifying issues, cleaning items in preparation to be sold.

ReStore Donation Department Volunteer

The donation department volunteer’s role is to facilitate a smooth acceptance of donated items and an equally streamlined loading of purchased goods. This is a vital component of providing items to be sold. Essential duties include: welcoming customers, assisting with donations being dropped off and picked up, moving incoming donations to the staging area. May need to lift up to 50 lbs.

ReStore Greeter

The greeter is an easily recognizable figure in the ReStore who customers may seek out for information. Welcoming customers with a smile is an essential function of this position. Other essential duties include: becoming familiar with areas and products in the store, offering assistance to customers in locating items of interest, identifying areas needing to be restocked/organized.

ReStore Stocker

The stocker is a crucial role and is the link between the donation department and the sales floor. Essential duties include: welcoming customers, becoming familiar with store layout and location of products, assisting with staging of items, placing products from donation receiving onto the showroom floor, assisting in pricing items, gathering shopping carts, prepping staging areas.
